Prolinnova-Kenya (PK) is a partner in the regional programme Combining Local Innovative Capacity with Scientific Research – Enhancing Community Resilience to Change (CLIC-SR) with financial support from the Rockefeller Foundation. Also the Prolinnova Country Platforms in Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda are part of this programme. PK isfocussing its CLIC-SR work in the dryland areas Machakos and Baringo. The report covers the activities carried out in Kenya from January to December 2013 – in essence, the first year of the programme, which started in late 2012.
