In 2011, the Prolinnova network agreed that all Country Platforms (CPs) would meet certain minimum commitments in terms of activities and outputs, even without specific funding for them (Guidelines #8 under www.prolinnova.net/content/prolinnova-guidelines). The Prolinnova Oversight Group (POG) declares those CPs that are not meeting these minimum commitments to be temporarily “inactive”.
In recognition of the achievements the CPs made in the past, their documents are included here in the CP archives. Should the multistakeholder groups wanting to promote local innovation in one of these countries provide evidence of having become active again (as outlined in Guidelines #8), they can be re-instated within a year after having been declared inactive or, after that period, they can re-apply to the POG to be accepted as a “new” Prolinnova CP and will then appear again on this website under “Country Platforms”.
