The Prolinnova subregional platform in West & Central Africa (WCA) comprises multistakeholder Country Platforms (CPs) in Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Ghana, Senegal and Mali. Most activities were implemented by these CPs under five externally funded projects, with the support of Misereor (Germany) and McKnight Foundation (USA). In the 2023 annual report from WCA, the Subregional Coordinator Paul Jimmy summarises the activities of these six CPs that were active in 2023 (a 7th CP – in the Democratic Republic of Congo – joined in 2024) and at subregional level and highlights the challenges and achievements.
