On 21 March 2011, four films featuring the work of Prolinnova were launched at the International Partners Workshop in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. One of the films featured is based on work in South Africa, entitled “Prolinnova–South Africa: Sparks on the rainbow”.
The other three videos were based on work in Cambodia and Niger, while the fourth was an overview of the global network. The films were made in partnership with TVEAP (Television for Education Asia Pacific), a Colombo-based independent, non-profit media foundation. They capture key aspects of Prolinnova’s approach to farmer-led, participatory agricultural research and development based on the innovativeness of small farmers and other users of natural resources.
