The 11th Hour Project of the Schmidt Family Foundation is supporting the creation of a new network on grassroots technological innovation in agroecology, now called Grassroots Agroecology Innovation Assembly (GAIA). On behalf of the international Prolinnova network, Makonge Righa from World Neighbors, the host NGO of Prolinnova-Kenya, is involved in creating this new network and is bringing in the concept and experiences of farmer-level participatory research and innovation.
