Based on reports from the Country Platforms, Subregional Coordinators and other members of Prolinnova’s International Support Team (IST), the IST compiled a report on the activities of the network at national regional and global level from January 2019 to December 2020.
The Prolinnova network, which was conceived at a GFAR-supported meeting in 1999 and presented at the first GFAR conference in 2020 as a potential “Global Partnership Platform”, has continued after 20 years to be resilient to challenges, most recently, those caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The network has remained active and innovative, sustained by the commitment of numerous people and organisations in South and North and encouraged by a strong governance body, the POG.
