Le rapport final du projet de Promotion de l’innovation locale en Gestion de l’Eau dans l’Agriculture Familiale au Sahel (Proli-GEAFaSa) a pour but de partager l’information sur le déroulement des activités clefs du projet au fil des trois années d’activité (janvier 2020–décembre 2022) de même que les principales leçons apprises pour les projets futurs. Proli-GEAFaSa est parti de l’hypothèse que l’identification, la caractérisation et l’amélioration des innovations locales par le biais d’expérimentations conjointes menées par les paysans et leur diffusion à grande échelle pourraient permettre un grand nombre d’paysans d’améliorer leur sécurité alimentaire et leur résilience face aux changements climatiques. Le projet a été réalisé au Burkina Faso et au Sénégal.
The final report (in French) of the Promoting Local Innovation in Water Management in Family Farming in the Sahel (Proli-GEAFaSa) project aims to share information on the progress of key project activities over the three years of activity (January 2020–December 2022) as well as key lessons learnt for future projects. Proli-GEAFaSa worked with the hypothesis that identifying, characterising and improving local innovations through joint farmer-led experiments and scaling them up could enable a large number of small-scale farmers to improve their food security and resilience to climate change. The projet was carried out in Burkina Faso and Senegal.
