As Covid-19 stopped many development initiatives and activities of members of the Philippines Country Platform, the secretariat IIRR is re-grouping and looking to expand its partnership. As a start, IIRR has leveraged its various types of collaboration with the academe and research and development arms of government agencies to deliver outcomes for the poor and marginalised coastal community in Guinayangan, Quezon.
